Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

1 cup unsweetened Cocoa Powder

2 cups flour

2 cups sugar

½ cup vegetable oil

4 eggs

2 teasp vanilla essence

2 teasp baking powder

1/2 cup confectioners sugar

½ teasp salt

Directions

1. Preheat to 350°F
2. Sieve flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl.
3. Mix cocoa, sugar and oil in mixing bowl
4. Add eggs one at a time
5. Stir in vanilla
6. Add flour mix.
7. Using ice-cream scoop, scoop out dough and coat in confectioners flour
8. Place on prepared cookie sheet
9. Bake for 10-12 minutes
10. Let cookies stand on sheet for one minute before transferring to wire tray to cool.
