Ingredients & Materials

  • Two bags dark chocolate
  • One bag blue dyed chocolate (or white chocolate and blue food gel)
  • Yellow sprinkles or edible glitter (optional)
  • Small cookie sheet
  • Microwave safe bowls
  • Parchment paper
  • Offset spatula

Steps

  1. Pour both bags of dark chocolate into microwave safe bowl. Microwave for one minute and stir. Put back in microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Continue microwaving in 30 second intervals until chocolate is melted
  2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and poor chocolate into pan
  3. Spread dark chocolate with spatula
  4. Pour blue or white chocolate into microwave safe bowl. Microwave for one minute and stir. Put back in microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Continue microwaving in 30 second intervals until chocolate is melted. (If white chocolate, stir in food gel and mix until desired color)
  5. Take spoon and drizzle blue chocolate over dark chocolate.
  6. Swirl with spatula
  7. Put on sprinkles for stars (optional)
  8. Freeze 3 hours
  9. Once chocolate is frozen, take out of freezer and take out of pan.
  10. Put piece of parchment paper over chocolate and break up with mallet or hands.
