Souhegan Girls Soccer Semi Final Win Over Portsmouth

Girls Souhegan Sabers soccer team traveled to Exeter to play Portsmouth at Bill Ball Stadium for the semi finals. Both teams started out strong and held the intensity for the entirety of the game. Early in the first half, senior, Grace Angulas, maneuvered her way through two of Portsmouth’s defenders in the box to put the Sabers in the lead 1-0.
With Souhegan’s back line holding strong and goalkeeper, Lily Batchelder, shutting down the net, they held onto their 1-0 lead against Portsmouth, winning the game, and moving onto the championships.
