Souhegan Sabers Boys’ Varsity Lacrosse Defeat Merrimack Tomahawks

The Souhegan High School boys’ varsity lacrosse team recently played against Merrimack High School for their first home game of the season on Saturday, April 14th. The Sabers had a strong start with a convincing win in their first game and continued to play well as they beat out the Tomahawks 15 to 7. Some of the standout players include Freshman, Riley Lawhorn, with six goals and three assists as well as Junior, Tyler Hall, with five goals and two assists respectively. In addition to goals for Souhegan, there were also many goals saved by the Saber’s goalie, Junior, John Lohnes, who ended the game with 16 saves. Souhegan looks to keep their win streak going with their next game against Bedford High School away Tuesday, April 17th.
