Souhegan Cross Country Finish First and Second in 4k Relay Race

The Souhegan Cross Country teams hosted Alvirne, Londonderry, Nashua South, Merrimack Valley, and Salem on Saturday, September 8 at Freestyle Farm for 4K relay races. Souhegan’s girl’s Varsity team (Adrianna Zlotnick, Arielle Zlotnick, Chloe Trudel, Emma Herrero, Jenny Ladd, Mackenzie Hayden, Molly Jennings, Sophia Lunati, and Sophie Unger) took the number one spot for their relay, with all three of their relays finishing in the top four of the scoring teams! The Varsity Souhegan boys (Andrew Strauss, Bill Drake, Carter Schade, Ethan McFee, Ian Lewis, Mason Silk, Nathan Stine, Peter Headington, and Thomas Headington) also had a very strong performance, earning second place with their relay groups. They finished just behind Division I’s Londonderry, currently ranked third in New Hampshire!
