How To Make a Garlic Butter Steak Dinner

1 Rib Eye Steak (Preferably 2 inches thick)

3 TBSP of Butter

Salt (To add flavor, and to rub on steak before cooking)

Garlic (2 Cloves)

Pepper (To add flavor, and to rub on steak before cooking)

Rosemary (2 Springs)

3 TBSP of Canola Oil

Thyme (3 Springs)

 

               First, take the Salt and Pepper and rub it on the steak. Make sure to get both sides of the steak and the edges. Next, bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 200°F for Medium Rare. Then, remove the steak from the oven and heat the skillet until hot and pour the 3 TBSP of Canola Oil into the skillet. Then let each side cook in the Canola Oil for 30 seconds per side. Then, take the 3 TBSP of Butter, Garlic (2 Cloves), Rosemary (2 Springs), and lastly the Thyme (3 Springs) and put all of them into the skillet. Next, stir all the ingredients from the last step and let them combine for flavor. Finally, let the steak rest for 10 minutes.
